Great location just steps from Galataport and the lively streets of Karakoy. The Family Connected Two Bedrooms provided ample space for our group, really comfy beds. However, the nightly street noise made it difficult to catch quality sleep. Minor maintenance issues in the bathroom—some unpleasant odors—suggest a need for attention. Staff easily sorted an unexpected water issue in the shower, which I appreciated. Overall, a mixed experience with highlights in space and service but room for improvement in upkeep.

The stay was very comfortable thanks to the helpful manager, Mr Cagatay, who made me feel at ease during my solo exploration. My room was clean and compact, meeting my expectations. The hotel’s location is excellent, being within walking distance to key attractions like Galata Tower and Galata Port. I also enjoyed a beautiful city view from my room, elevating my stay.

Rooms were comfy with a nice seating area. The private bathroom had a shower, and the kitchen was well-equipped including a microwave and refrigerator. Super close to Galaport for relaxing strolls. The staff was awesome, especially GAGATAY who helped with anything I needed. Relaxing vibes all around.

Enjoyed some chill time in the small lounge area and took advantage of the free coffee service in the lobby.
